Not sure about the chassis (Ford Falcon XE?), but the engine looks like an Australian Ford Inline 6 (4.1L?) .

as Boxer_4 said, it's a 4.1 straight six... I'm guessing it's in an XC though. (I'm wrong, the vents near the windscreen are completely wrong)
